一、公寓入住人员须严格遵守《黄河科技学院外教公寓管理规定》；

Ⅰ.Please observe the rules and regulations for foreign teacher’s apartment.

二、首次入住时，请您清点房间物品，认真填写《外教公寓住房清单》；

Ⅱ.When you first move in, be sure to record the number and condition of theobjects found in your room carefully (see the foreign teacher’s apartmentchecklist) .

三、搬离公寓前，请您到管理员处办理退房手续，并依据《外教公寓住房清单》，由公寓管理员清点房间物品，如有丢失或者人为故意损坏，须照原价赔偿；

Ⅲ.Theschool requires you to validate the contents of your inventory before you moveout of your apartment. If any equipment is missing or deliberately damaged, youwill be required to repair or pay the cost of replacement.

四、对于公寓内的桌椅、家电、家具、厨具等设备的维修问题，请您及时到管理员室登记。但如经查明属人为故意损坏的，维修费用由您自己承担；

Ⅳ. Ifthere is a problem with any of the equipment in your room or if any equipmentin your room is damaged, please notify the foreign teacher’s apartmentadministrator of the problem. If the damage or problem is deliberate or yourown fault, you will be required to pay for any repairs yourself.

五、公寓水电为您免费提供，请节约使用。如需购买桶装饮用水，请与管理员联系；

Ⅴ.Each room is provided with a water cooler. The water can be provided at a smallfee to the teacher. If you wish to refill your water supply, please notify theadministrator.(35 RMB for the deposit of the barrel and 13 RMB for the mineralwater).

六、我们为您提供了免费校园网，如网络出现问题，请及时和国际交流中心联系；

Ⅵ.Each room is provided with free school internet access. If there is a problemwith your internet, please notify the office as early as possible.

七、当您感觉身体不适时，请及时和国际交流中心联系，我们将在第一时间为您提供帮助。

Ⅶ. Ifyou feel you are unable to teach due to sickness, please notify the officeimmediately. We will try our best to help you.
